Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CorpoTrek's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

CorpoTrek provides corporate travel management services including booking, policy management, expense reporting, and traveler support. Specific service levels are defined in your customer agreement.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are as agreed in your customer agreement. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account, including travel bookings made by authorized users.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CorpoTrek's liability is limited as set forth in your customer agreement. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by travel suppliers.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement as specified in your customer agreement. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be discontinued subject to any data export provisions.
